Do I need to upload my documents before or after paying?
This depends on the service. For fixed-price document products, you're typically asked to upload immediately after checkout. For quote-based projects, your project manager will confirm the right time to upload.
Is this upload secure?
Yes. Files upload directly to private, access-controlled storage over an encrypted connection — never plain email — and only Taika staff can retrieve them. Please do not upload medical records or other PHI here; contact us for HIPAA-covered handling.
