NASPO ValuePoint Language Services for Minnesota

On top of the state’s own contracts, NASPO ValuePoint contracts may be used by authorized state agencies and CPV members upon approval from the State Chief Procurement Official, who holds sole authority over eligibility and interpretation for NASPO ValuePoint participation.

Where the appropriate cooperative path is in place and approved, a Minnesota agency or CPV member may be able to engage Taika through a vehicle it already uses, instead of running a separate procurement.

The one step to confirm

NASPO ValuePoint master agreements are used within a state through a Participating Addendum — a bilateral agreement adopting the master agreement’s terms for that state — and, in Minnesota, subject to State Chief Procurement Official approval. Participation in NASPO ValuePoint for one contract does not automatically extend to every contract.
