Daniel, is a highly professional and goal oriented individual. He is responsible for creating and maintaining project flow processes, analyzing their efficiency, and improving them when there are inadequacies. In addition to this, he supervises the project manager teams and provides expert advice to clients and team members on processing and content engineering possibilities.
Daniel has an IT background that helps him resolve issues with translation management software and internal network problems. In his spare time, he leads a group of inner-city teens and provides a place for them to hang out, play games, talk and make important life decisions in a healthy atmosphere. In his church, he plays the guitar with the worship band. One of his many talents is organizing and administering Christian camps for children each year. Every year, he spends a large part of his summer devoted to helping young people’s lives be changed for the better. Daniel, is highly capable and is a catalyst behind much of what we do in TaikaTranslations. He keeps the team on track with projects and ensures that all client issues are resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible.
When you first meet Kristina, you think that she is reserved and quiet. But after 20 minutes of talking you will find that she is incredibly fun and enjoyable to be around. Kristina is highly performance oriented and has a huge heart for others. As a project manager, she is in charge of analyzing and processing files and performs a large part of our quality assurance process. In her time with Taika she has learned to read and understand different numbering systems in various languages and goes to great efforts to ensure every single detail of every single project is correct. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health which is a tribute for her heart for others.
On her free time, she donates much of her life to planning and executing teen camps, organizing Sunday school classes and curriculum, and helping her husband run a club that reaches out to inner city teens to keep them off the streets and provides mentorship and training as well as seminars for their development.
